Connection

Life is too short for burnout.

Are you experiencing burnout?

  • If you’re like many other women, you might be feeling exhausted and emotionally or physically drained.

  • Or maybe your burnout shows up as anxious feelings, people-pleasing, or struggling to set healthy boundaries with people.

  • Do you struggle with getting a good night’s sleep, feel out of control around food, or like your hormones are out of whack?

  • Have you read all the books but still struggle to move the needle in your life?

What would change if you could move beyond burnout and depletion to a place of bliss, where you can contribute with greater impact in alignment with your purpose in life?

EVERYTHING.  EVERYTHING WOULD CHANGE.

Life Beyond Burnout

is possible

My friend, I’m here to tell you that life doesn’t have to be like this. You can learn how to recover your vitality and embrace empowered self-care. You can experience Sukha – happiness, joy, bliss. We don’t burn out when we operate from a place of enough, or when we are in alignment. Energy is a renewable resource and you can regenerate when you are in alignment.

Beyond Burnout is a beautiful fusion of a fundamental health curriculum that women deserve to understand and a safe place to heal in a community: to be seen, heard, and valued. In this 8 week immersion, women learn about the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of wellbeing and health and their unique blueprint to vitality.

Beyond Burnout creates the space to reclaim and develop self-trust and is specifically designed for women who are feeling disconnected, but are ready to develop the grit and courage necessary to reclaim their innate bliss.

There is a more elegant and efficient way to reclaim your health and move beyond burnout.

Community Is the Answer

We need to be seen, heard, and valued. We heal together. Women holding women is magical alignment. If you want to live happier, healthier, longer, then we must prioritize connection. Meaningful connection and the science of sisterhood and our community of women is one that celebrates, collaborates and elevates each other.

Fundamental Health Curriculum

You deserve a health curriculum that empowers you about your health and your physiology, that connects your biology and your psychology, and looks at your health from a holistic perspective. You deserve access to a deeper understanding of integrative medicine and evidence-based natural solutions that support total health.

Develop Self-Trust

Health is an expression of self-worth, authenticity, and self-trust. When you are connected to this you can experience bliss. My mission is to help women understand when they invest in their well-being, understand their mind and heart, and use self-care as a strategy for leadership, mountains can be moved, and you can respond to life with joy, ease, and inner peace.

I see you. I get it.

I understand how easy it is to get burned out. I’ve seen this pattern repeated over and over in the lives of the women I’ve worked with as a Naturopathic Doctor and founder of Good Earth Naturopatich Centre. It’s easy to get burned out when we don’t fully understand our bodies, our thoughts and our hearts. It’s easy to get burned out when we are stuck in people pleasing, putting others ahead of ourselves and when we operate from a place of unworthiness.

Burnout shows up in a lot of different ways, whether it’s negative self-talk, leaky boundaries, low self-worth, sadness, or grief. Sometimes it’s being depleted and malnourished (mentally, emotionally, spiritually). These are the root causes that contribute to women having the highest occurrence of anxiety, depression, autoimmunity, and chronic disease.

Life Beyond Burnout

Beyond Burnout is a culmination of the wisdom I’ve gleaned from walking with women over the last 15 years and facilitating self-healing through Naturopathic Medicine. Distilled down into 12 steps that will move you from burned out and depleted to nourished and blissful, this program gives you the community, teachings, and connections that are necessary to heal and show up in your full capacity in the world.

Beyond Burnout helps women explore are the root causes of burnout. How and why did they end up here? What does it take to feel happiness, joy, ease, inner peace, what I call bliss. This is a heart-centered approach to medicine that values community and connection.
