Dr. Kate is also a community leader and regularly hosts workshops, retreats, and educational series supporting healthy individuals, families, and communities. She is the co-creator of Ignite Your Radiance, a retreat that helps women embody their passions, and The Well Child, a virtual education series created for parents and caregivers who want to feel empowered in their family’s wellness and understand how to be an active participant in their child’s well-being.
